Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba (2-6-1 Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo) will hold a “Hawaii Fair” from July 19 to September 1. The venue is the buffet restaurant “GARDEN DINING” on the first floor of the hotel.
The lunch and dinner buffet features classic garlic shrimp, ahi poke, and loco moco with mushrooms in demi-glace sauce or coconut curry sauce. Local delicacies such as “Mahi Mahi with Macadamia Nut Butter,” a rich preparation of premium quality fish, shira, and “Hawaiian-style Banana and Potsticky Soup with Spicy Sausage” will also be available.
Chef service will also include two types of roast beef (gravy and Maui onion & papaya seed Hawaiian sauce), and for dessert, acai bowls, mango cake, and walnut and macadamia nut cake.
Other events will include a hula dance show and the first-ever “Hawaiian Quilt Class.
