Accor and Public Investment Advisors will open the Novotel Nara hotel (7-1-45 Omiya-cho, Nara City, Nara Prefecture) on September 4.
The nine-story building has a total of 264 guest rooms in 14 different categories, and only guests staying on the 8th and 9th floors will have access to the executive lounge, which offers complimentary snacks and drinks. The main concept of the rooms is wellness, and the design is inspired by Nara’s culture and nature.
There will be three restaurants: “Trattoria Ponte Nara,” an all-day Italian dining restaurant that uses many Nara Prefecture ingredients, “Social Lounge,” a café-bar where guests can enjoy tea time, and “Roof Top Terrace,” a bar on the roof. The Social Lounge and Rooftop Terrace are open to guests who are not staying at the hotel.
In addition, a fitness gym and a “wellness lounge” with a kids’ space will be provided as wellness facilities. The hotel also has a conference room and banquet hall for events.
