JR East Viewing & Sales Co., Ltd. has put on sale a plan for viewing the “Atami Marine Fireworks Festival” that includes a round-trip train ride on its website, “Travel in Japan, Travel by Rail”. Departure dates are July 26 and August 23.

Two plans are available: a one-day plan departing from and arriving at Tokyo, Shinagawa, and Yokohama stations, and an overnight plan departing from and arriving at Sendai Station and staying at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Both plans use the limited express “Atami Marine Fireworks Display” between Tokyo and Yokohama Stations and Atami Station (reserved seats in ordinary cars), and enjoy the fireworks at the exclusive viewing area in Atami Sun Beach. After arriving at Atami Station after 4:00 p.m., passengers will have approximately 4 hours of free time.

The fee for the one-day plan is 18,000 yen per person regardless of the departure or arrival station. The overnight plan is 46,800 yen per person for double occupancy and 56,800 yen per person for single occupancy.
