A new edition of the “Official Guidebook to Ghibli Park” will be released on June 28th, featuring an introduction to the new areas, interviews with directors Hayao Miyazaki and Goro Miyazaki, and a contribution by Natsuki Ikezawa. 184 pages, A5 size, priced at 1540 yen.
Boo-Woo Tickets, Loppi at Lawson and Ministop stores, and Lautike Web will sell the “Ghibli Park Daisanpo Ticket,” which allows admission to all five areas, as well as the “Witch Valley and Mononoke no Sato Set Ticket” for the period from August to November.
August Event Information
The “Visual Exhibition Room Orionza,” a large warehouse of Ghibli, is showing short animated films produced by Studio Ghibli on a monthly basis; the August film is “Caterpillar Boro” (running time 14 minutes), which was also shown at the 77th Cannes International Film Festival.
