Odakyu Hakone will operate the “Night Hydrangea Train” from June 15 to 30, where passengers can see illuminated hydrangeas from a reserved-seat train. The hydrangeas will be illuminated from June 14.
Yoru no Ajisai-go” is a sightseeing train that stops and slows down at the highlights of the hydrangeas to allow passengers to appreciate them at their leisure. The train runs between Hakone-Yumoto Station and Gora Station between 18:30 and 22:00. One-way fare is 500 yen for adults and 250 yen for children. Tickets are available on the website.
There will be time for a commemorative photo at Miyanoshita Station for the train bound for Gora and at Tonosawa Station for the train bound for Hakone-Yumoto. In addition, an original fan of the hydrangea train will be given as a souvenir.
