Nishimachi has concluded a franchise agreement with APA Hotel and will open the Grand Park Hotel Panex Hachinohe, which is owned by APA Hotel, as APA Hotel Hachinohe Chuo (tentative name) (8 Hatsurokunicho, Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture). The scheduled opening date is September 1.

Located a 15-minute walk from JR Hachinohe Station and a 15-minute drive from the Hachinohe Interchange, it provides easy access to the city hall and tourist attractions. Located in the city center within walking distance of downtown, the hotel can be used as a base for both business and sightseeing.

The eight-story reinforced concrete building will have 86 rooms, up from the current 82. All rooms will be non-smoking upon opening. In addition, APA Hotel unit baths, original APA Hotel beds, and free Wi-Fi access will be installed.

A “1-second check-in machine” will be installed at the front desk. This allows guests to check in via the “APA Nao” smartphone app. Check-in using the app is available from 3:00 p.m. the day before.

The renovation of the interior and exterior of the hotel will be carried out while the current hotel continues to operate.
