Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture, will open a yukata rental space “Yukatabi” at JR Ito Station Building (1-8-3 Yukawa, Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture). The period is from July 1 to September 30.
The concept of this initiative is to travel around Ito Hot Springs in yukata, and a full set of yukata will be available for rent. Prices include 2,500 yen for the standard plan, 3,500 yen for the brand-name yukata plan, 1,500 yen for the children’s plan (up to age 12), and 1,500 yen for the dressing plan (adults). Hats and original parasols can be rented free of charge.
In addition to 200 types of yukata for women and 100 types for men, visitors wearing yukata can enjoy special services at participating stores in the city and participate in a raffle to win Ito hot spring pair accommodation coupons and Ito brand certified products.
