Nissin Tekko will release a new series of fire pits “ocota bf” and a special bench for fire pits “ocota sb” from the steel fire pit brand “ocota. The products will be manufactured completely on a build-to-order basis, and orders will be accepted from the fall of 2024.
The “ocota bf” has an iron fire pit with a doughnut-shaped table, which controls the hot air from the fire so that the face does not get hot and the hot air accumulates under the feet.
The central stove has a trifecta, which can be assembled simply by inserting firewood into the holes. In addition, an optional wooden drink table keeps the table from getting hot when touched unexpectedly and allows you to place cold drinks and cutlery on it.
The size is 90 x 50 cm (diameter x height) and the fire pit portion is 70 x 28 cm.
The “ocota sb” bench seats up to three people and has a removable oak plank for the seat. When not in use, such as during the summer or when it rains, the board can be removed and stored. Firewood can also be stored in the mesh area under the seat.
The optional “fabric backrest” can be buckled to the bench and used as a light backrest. It measures 138 x 59 x 34 cm (W x D x H) and is priced as yet undecided.
The new series will be exhibited at the Tokyo Outdoor Show 2024 (Booth No. 949, Makuhari Messe), June 28-30, and at the 15th DESIGN TOKYO (Tokyo Big Sight, East Hall 7, L34-66), July 3-5.
