A giant slime appears in Minato Mirai, Yokohama! Event to explore the world of Dracula at Yokohama Landmark Tower and MARK IS Minatomirai from July 20.

Yokohama Landmark Tower and MARK IS Minato Mirai, operated by Mitsubishi Estate Property Management, will hold a special collaboration event with Dragon Quest, “Dragon Quest Carnival in Yokohama Minato Mirai. The event will run from July 20 to August 18.

The world of “Dragon Quest,” an RPG series by Square Enix in which players take on the role of the main character in a great adventure to defeat a demon king who threatens the world, can be enjoyed at various events in the Minatomirai area for nearly 40 years. The world of “Dracula” has been loved for nearly 40 years.

A giant “slime” monument balloon measuring 5 meters in diameter will appear at Landmark Plaza (2-2-1 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), a shopping mall adjacent to the Yokohama Landmark Tower. At “MARK IS Minatomirai” (3-5-1 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), the space will be decorated with colorful and gorgeous balloons inspired by the well-known “slime shower” technique.

In addition, a special exhibition will be held at the Sky Garden on the 69th floor of Yokohama Landmark Tower to commemorate the release of the HD-2D version of “Dragon Quest III: And to the Legend…”. The special exhibition commemorates the release of the HD-2D version of “Dragon Quest III: The Legend of Dragon Quest”. There will also be a photo spot where visitors can enjoy taking pictures with popular monsters 273 meters above the ground.

During the period, there will also be a stamp rally where visitors can receive special stickers with newly drawn illustrations, and a slime coloring experience where they can create their own original slime. In addition, “Cafe Behoimi” will open at Cafe Fan Base on the 5th floor of Landmark Plaza, where visitors can enjoy a menu featuring monster motifs. Details will be announced later.
