On June 24, ANA announced that it was selected as “World’s Best Airport Services” and “Best Airline Staff in Asia” in the World Airline Awards by SKYTRAX, a British airline rating company.
The “World’s Best Airport Services” award recognizes overall airport services, while the “Best Airline Staff in Asia” award recognizes the quality of service provided by airport staff and flight attendants among airlines based in Asia. This is the 11th time in a row that the former has been awarded five times, and the 9th time in a row that the latter has been awarded four times.
