Tokyo Disney Resort is holding “Soaking Wet Time” at both parks from July 2 to September 18 on an irregular basis. The event is part of the summer program and will be held again this year as it was last summer.
In the program, you can call out to a cast member carrying a barrel-shaped machine loaded with water, and he or she will spray you with a cool mist. This is perfect for those who want to cool down casually.
The mist released from the machine was so powerful that it cooled the surroundings as if it was sprinkling water. The smiling faces of the participants are also impressive. The large barrel on the back of the machine is a landmark, so if you see one, why not ask for it and take a misting?
Since a large amount of water may be splashed, electronic devices such as smartphones should be securely tucked away to protect them from water damage. Wear clothing that you can get wet.
