Drinks
We tasted three of the above dishes. First is the appetizer, “Tataki Bonito and Avocado Tartar with Crustacean Jus, Sumo and Fennel Cream”. As you can see at a glance, the decoration of the dish is reminiscent of a goldfish bowl.
Red-cored daikon radish is cut out in the shape of a goldfish, swimming on a bed of quinoa, bonito flakes, and gelée. The shape of the ingredients together with the sight of the dish makes one feel cool. Ice plant and seasonal vegetables also add to the flavor, and the plum and fennel cream is a nice dip to enjoy.
The fish dish “Sea Bass Gratinée with Yuzu Miso Flavor, Marinated Grilled Eggplant and Kecca Sauce” offers tender and tender sea bass with two flavors: yuzu miso flavor and black vinegar. Enjoy it with grilled eggplant and bell peppers.
The dessert was a “Matcha Mousse and Nishikidamakan in a Monaka with Mascarpone Ice Cream” with a Japanese decoration and a transparent and plump Nishikidamakan inside each baked monaka.
It is a perfect match for the gyuhi (Japanese rice flour) and the thick matcha mousse. It is also enjoyable to put it on the other side of the cake.
Also, be sure to order the special “Tokyo Disneyland Hotel Summer Dining Special Drink” (1,500 yen) with your course. The summer and tropical flavors of soda and pineapple juice are a delight. The contrasting blue and yellow colors are the colors of the ocean and beach, just like summer!
Blue curacao syrup can be added at your own timing, so video/photography should make it more exciting.
Remember to make a reservation for Priority Seating before visiting the restaurant to ensure smooth entry.
