In addition, Hawaiian-style dishes such as “Haupia Pie” with black sesame-flavored ganache and coconut cream and “Macadamia Nut Scones” with their delightful texture have been added to the menu. You can enjoy each dish as if you were on vacation.
The dessert plate also includes “Sea Salt Ice Cream,” a surfboard-shaped “Sablé Lunette” accented with raspberries and submerged in lychee jelly. Mickey Mouse floating in the ocean on the board is also a relaxing sight.
The “Peach and Yogurt Soup” is also noteworthy. The combination of peaches and yogurt may sound sweet, but you will be surprised to find that it is a moderately fruity soup.
The “Marinated Octopus and Celery Ahi Jo-style,” which can be enjoyed like a salad, and the “Cream Cheese and Tuna Sandwich,” which is useful to counteract small meals and replenish salt in the summer, were also delicious.
Two types of “Tokyo Disneyland Hotel Summer Dining Special Drinks” (1,500 yen each), the perfect drink for a quick break in the lounge, are also now available.
Sparkling Summer,” in cute Minnie Mouse colors, is a refreshing drink made with apple juice, cranberry juice, and plum syrup. A quick gulp when you cool down is sure to cool you down instantly.
The “Summer Ocean” featuring Mickey Mouse is beach and sea as it looks. The thick whipped cream is sprinkled with soybean flour to recreate the beach. The sparkling surface of the water expressed in sugar is also beautiful. The taste is truly “Japanese! You will be surprised at the new taste of soy milk and brown sugar. Available for lunch and sweets, dinner and cocktails.
