On July 4, ZIPAIR Tokyo launched “Flex Biz,” a new service package that accommodates sudden schedule changes.
Three services are included: voucher reimbursement, carry-on baggage weight + 8 kg (total 15 kg), and advance seat selection. The refund amount is 100% of the amount paid up to 30 days prior to departure and 80% of the amount paid from 29 days to 7 days prior to departure. A voucher issuance fee of 3% of the refund amount will be charged.
Reimbursement covers airfare, optional service fees (excluding insurance), taxes, and administrative fees. Vouchers can be used to pay for airfare and optional services (excluding insurance).
Flex Biz sales are available for flights between Narita and Bangkok/Singapore/Los Angeles on October 27 and onward. Flex Biz fares for each route are as follows. Seat classes are “ZIP Full-Flat” and “Standard”.
