Aoyagi Kogyo will open Auberge Minami-Alps (1589-8 Ashiyasu Ashikura, Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi Prefecture), an accommodation facility with hot springs, on July 10.
This restaurant (auberge) with lodging facilities was renovated from a former pension. Chef Odagiri of Nonose Terrace, who has experience at long-established hotels in Japan, supervises the restaurant and offers French cuisine using ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture. In addition, guests can enjoy carefully selected wines from wineries in the prefecture and the city.
Rates start at 11,000 yen per adult per night including dinner and breakfast, 6,500 yen per adult per night including breakfast, and 4,500 yen per adult per night with no meal. The hotel has six guest rooms: three Western-style rooms, one Japanese-style room, and two Western-style rooms.
The facility has a total of three indoor and outdoor baths using Ashiyasu hot spring water, and the outdoor baths can be reserved for private parties.
