NEXCO Central Japan will launch a campaign on August 9 to subsidize the purchase of ETC/ETC2.0 on-board equipment. The campaign will continue until the number of subsidized units (50,000) is reached, up to October 31.
During the campaign period, a maximum of 10,000 yen per vehicle will be subsidized for the purchase, setup, and installation of an OBE at a store handling the campaign. New four-wheeled vehicles are not eligible for the subsidy, and the vehicle must have been registered at least four months after the first year of registration.
The target areas are South Kanto (Tokyo/Kanagawa), Koshin (Yamanashi/Nagano), Tokai (Shizuoka/Aichi/Gifu/Mie), and Hokuriku (Toyama/Ishikawa/Fukui) areas. Stores that handle the product will be announced on the special website in early August.
To apply, fill out the “South Kanto, Koshin, Tokai, Hokuriku Area ETC OBE Purchase Subsidy Campaign 2024” application form at a store handling the campaign, and then purchase and install the OBE.
