NEXCO East Japan will launch a campaign on August 9 to subsidize the purchase of ETC/ETC2.0 on-board equipment. The campaign will continue until the number of subsidized units (50,000) is reached, up to October 31.
During the campaign period, a maximum of 10,000 yen per vehicle will be subsidized for the purchase, setup, and installation of an OBE at a store handling the campaign. New four-wheeled vehicles are not eligible for the subsidy, and the vehicle must have been registered at least four months after the first year of registration.
The target areas are Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, Fukushima, Niigata, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, and Chiba prefectures. Stores handling the product will be announced on the special website at a later date.
To apply, fill out the “NEXCO East Japan OBE Purchase Subsidy Campaign 2024” application form at a store handling the campaign, and then purchase and install the OBE.
