On July 11, APA Hotel opened “APA Hotel ” (3-15-7 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). This is the fifth building in the Akihabara area.
It is located 1 minute on foot from Suehirocho Station and 4 minutes from JR Akihabara Station. The 14-story building has a total of 205 standard and deluxe twin rooms.
Since Akihabara is an area with high inbound demand, the hotel has implemented new initiatives. In addition to installing a “WiFiBOX,” a self-service rental service for multilingual mobile Wi-Fi, in the lobby, the hotel has reinforced insulation near guest room doors and changed the material of shoehorns and trash bags to environmentally friendly ones.
Other features include the APA Digital Information (ADI) system, which displays hotel information in five languages on a TV screen, universal power outlets, and a total of 353 types of pictograms used for signage and information.
