Adachi City Tourism Exchange Association will enforce traffic regulations for the 46th Adachi Fireworks Festival on July 20.

Vehicle traffic is prohibited near the riverbank on the Kitasenju Station side from 16:00 to 22:30, near the riverbank on the Gotanno Station side from 17:00 to 22:30, and near Kitasenju Station from 18:00 to 22:30.

In addition, the road from the rotary in front of Kita-Senju Station to Senju-Shinbashi, including one lane of Route 4, will also be closed to vehicular traffic from 19:00 to around 22:30. All vehicles, including buses and cabs, will be prohibited from passing through.

The Senju-Shinbashi Exit of the Metropolitan Expressway Central Loop Route will also be closed from 5:00 p.m. to around 10:30 p.m.

Residents in the no-passage zone are encouraged to obtain a “pass permit” at their respective police stations or police boxes when using a car.
