Ginza Cosy Corner is now selling Winnie the Pooh-designed sweets and gifts to celebrate “Honey Day” on August 3.
The “Winnie the Pooh Lemon Pudding with Honey Sauce” (421 yen) is a refreshing lemon pudding in a honey pot-style container. A thick honey sauce is poured over the pudding and whipped topping. Comes with a Winnie the Pooh pick dressed as a honeybee.
The “Winnie the Pooh Honey Tree Box (6 pieces)” (648 yen), which comes in a honeycomb-shaped box with an image of a honey tree, is also available. The box contains three each of honey lemon madeleines and honey orange madeleines. The gimmick of having Pooh appear to be buried in the honey when the box is pulled up is also fun.
Also on sale is the “Winnie the Pooh Honey Gift (12 pieces)” (1,296 yen), a perfect souvenir. This assortment includes honey lemon and honey orange madeleines.
The “Winnie the Pooh Honey Drawstring (8 pieces)” (1,540 yen) is a cute drawstring with honey pot stitching and tags, containing honey lemon and honey orange madeleines and raspberry-flavored cookies.
Also on sale are individually wrapped versions of “Winnie the Pooh Honey Lemon Madeleines” and “Winnie the Pooh Honey Orange Madeleines” (108 yen each). They are soft and moist to the touch. The package features Pooh dressed as a honeybee.
Both will be available until late August.
