The Osaka Prefectural Police Department has announced traffic regulations for the Tenjin Festival to be held at Osaka Temmangu Shrine (2-1-8 Tenjinbashi, Kita-ku, Osaka City).
Regulations will be in effect from around 1:00 p.m. on July 24 to 11:00 p.m. on July 25. Vehicle traffic will be prohibited around Tenmangu Shrine, under Tenmabashi Bridge, Matsuyamachi-suji, Sakaisuji, etc., and Midosuji will be closed to two lanes on the east side. During the event, the Minamimorimachi entrance of the Hanshin Expressway will be open to traffic, but the Kitahama exit will be closed from 15:15 to 19:30 on July 25.
