Mimegi JCT, which connects the Metropolitan Expressway Ikebukuro Line and Saitama-Omiya Line to the Gaikan Expressway, is closed to traffic for 24 hours. 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on July 28, 2012.

Metropolitan Expressway and NEXCO East Japan will close the up and down lanes of Mimegi JCT, which connects the Metropolitan Expressway (Ikebukuro Line) and Saitama-Omiya Line to the Gaikan Expressway (C3), for 24 hours due to road surface construction. The period is from 6:00 a.m. on July 28 to 6:00 a.m. the following day.

With the road closure, the Toda entrance/exit (upper and lower lines) will also be unavailable.

Although detours can be made using the Toda-Higashi IC, Toda-Nishi IC, Toda-Minami Exit, Urawa-Kita Exit, and Urawa-Minami Exit, wide detours are recommended due to expected traffic congestion caused by the construction.
