Vehicle traffic closure due to Sumida River Fireworks Festival on July 27. Metropolitan Expressway Route 6 and other roads are also subject to the closure, and detour routes will be provided.

The Metropolitan Police Department will enforce traffic regulations for the Sumida River Fireworks Festival on July 27.

The primary regulation area includes Asakusabashi Station, Ryogoku Station, Tokyo Skytree Station, Hikifune Station, Asakusa Station, and Sensoji Temple. Basha-dori and Edo-dori around Asakusa Station, Azuma-bashi Bridge, Komagata-bashi Bridge, and Kototoi-bashi Bridge.

Traffic congestion is expected on Keiyo Road, Nikko Kaido, Meiji Street, Mitsume Street, and Yasukuni Street in the vicinity of the venue on the day of the event.

In addition, the Metropolitan Expressway No. 6 Mukojima Route will be closed to vehicular traffic on both the upper and lower lines. The Metropolitan Police Department is urging motorists to use Kan-nana-dori and Okubashi-dori to get around the area.
