The Yodogawa Police Department has announced traffic regulations for the 36th Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival.
Regulation dates and times are from around 16:00 to 23:00 on August 3 (partly from 13:00 and 18:00). The roads around the Yodogawa riverbed, Juso Station, Tsukamoto Station, and Grand Front Osaka will be closed to vehicular traffic, and lane restrictions and pedestrian and bicycle lanes will be closed on the Yodogawa Bridge, Shin-Juso Bridge, Juso Bridge, and other bridges.
Traffic congestion is expected on Route 2/176 and Yodogawa Dori, so drivers are urged to turn around and use other roads.
