Litheli will start pre-ordering its “Frozen Pack,” a backpack-type portable in-vehicle refrigerator, on August 6 at 11:00 a.m. on Makeake. Pre-orders will be accepted until September 29.

It has the power to cool from an internal temperature of 25°C to 0°C in 15 minutes and a 16L capacity that can hold 12 350-mL cans and 7 500-mL PET bottles.

It can be powered by a cigarette lighter socket and by the company’s own U20 IPS Super Battery, which can run for more than 6 hours on a single unit.

The temperature can be set from -20°C to -20°C in 1°C increments, and the three-layer cold-insulating structure enables the product to be kept warm for more than four hours without turning on the power.

It measures 43 x 30 x 47 cm (W x D x H), weighs 11.1 kg, and uses a compressor system, but the drive noise is less than 35 db.

A hook is included so it can be attached to motorcycles and other vehicles. It also comes with a strap to secure it to the seat of a car, preventing it from tipping over during emergency braking or curves when driving.

Ergonomic design with shoulder strap, chest belt, and waist belt for carrying on the back. The side bag is detachable and can be used as a waist bag.

The planned general sales price is 50,990 yen, with an early bird discount of 37% off (31,990 yen), a 52% discount (31,990 yen) on the first day for the outdoor set that includes the main unit + 2 batteries, and a 47% discount (36,990 yen) for the very early bird discount. Products are scheduled to be shipped by the end of October 2024.
