On August 6, LINE Yahoo Japan launched “Operation Information Cast” on its transit search application “Yahoo!
This function allows users to check train delays, suspensions, resumption of operations, and other train operation information nationwide on the “Public Transportation Map”. This function can be used in conjunction with “Train Cast,” which allows users to check where bullet trains, toll trains, and regular trains running nationwide are currently running on the public transportation map.
When a train is delayed or suspended, only the section where the delay or suspension is occurring is colored on the public transportation map. Not only the route where the delay or suspension is occurring, but also the corresponding section, the train in question, and the status of surrounding routes can be checked.
