BE-PAL’s September issue features the “MINI Skillet” from the ogawa 110th anniversary collaboration. It is 12cm in diameter and made of cast iron with authentic specifications.

Shogakukan will include a “MINI Skillet” in collaboration with ogawa as a supplement to the September issue of BE-PAL. The price is 1,350 yen.

This cast iron skillet with the ogawa 110th anniversary logo is 12 cm in diameter and weighs 405 g. It can be used over direct heat and is suitable for cooking delicious steak meat due to its high heat storage capacity. It is also said to be an affordable size for making ajillo and sweets.
