APA Group announced that it will rebuild APA Hotel Sapporo Odori Ekimae Nishi (9-15-1 Minami Ichijo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido), which is scheduled to open in December 2025. This will be the group’s first newly built hotel in Sapporo.
The hotel is located within walking distance from Odori Subway Station, Odori Park, Raccoon Alley Shopping Street, and Susukino area. The number of guest rooms will be increased from the current 60 to 218, and “S-S Connect Twin Rooms,” in which adjacent single rooms can be connected to each other, will be introduced for the first time in the Sapporo area.
In Sapporo, the company plans to undertake a large-scale project in front of Sapporo Station and rebuild the APA Hotel Sapporo Hosui Susukino Ekimae from 54 to 152 rooms.
