If you use “Express Reservation”, “Smart EX”, “e5489”, or “JR Kyushu Net Reservation”, you will need to use your own smartphone or other devices. For the “EX Travel Pack,” reservations made between Tokyo and Kagoshima-Chuo stations up to and including August 15 can be cancelled from “My Page” without charge as long as the cancellation is made before the outbound train departs from the boarding station.
