Traveling DEAN & DELUCA” first held in Fukui Prefecture. Frozen deli delicacies/standard totes/weekly sweets/happy bags also on sale for a limited time.

Welkam-operated DEAN & DELUCA will hold its first “Traveling DEAN & DELUCA” pop-up store in Fukui Prefecture for a limited time, which will travel around the country. The venue is the Seibu Fukui Store (1-8-1 Chuo, Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture), from August 21 to September 3.

In addition to ingredients such as pistachio cream, jams, olive oil, and seasonings, the selection includes classic tote bags and basic kitchen tools. In addition, a full lineup of appetizers, quiches, gratins, jambalaya, pastas, and more will be available in the FROZEN PREPARED FOOD (frozen deli prepared food collection), which offers the same taste of the restaurant.

Other weekly sweets include “Salt Caramel Pudding” (594 yen) from Tada Nature Farm in Iwate Prefecture on August 21, and Granny Smith’s “Crumble Apple Pie” (734 yen) and summer-only “Pineapple Milk Apple Pie” (756 yen) on August 31 and September 1, both themed on a taste of grandma, On August 21, 23-25, and 30-September 1, the “DEAN & DELUCA Muffin Assortment” (1,500 yen), which is available at the permanent store, will all be sold in limited quantities.

In addition, two types of “Happy Bags” will be available: the first, starting on August 21, is an assortment of food items (5,940 yen) that make it easy to enjoy authentic cooking at home; the second, starting on August 26, is an assortment of breakfast items and drinks and sweets (5,940 yen) that are perfect for tea time. The second phase will start on August 26th.

Starting with the Kawatoku Department Store in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture in July, “Traveling DEAN & DELUCA” is scheduled to hold 27 sessions in 25 prefectures in FY2024.
