The “HOTEL R9 The Yard” series, with 88 locations nationwide, is a simple yet comfortable container hotel. In the event of an emergency, they can be relocated to disaster areas and used as “rescue hotels,” evacuation facilities.
HOTEL R9 The Yard Kofu, the second HOTEL in Yamanashi Prefecture, is located along Route 20, 10 minutes from the Ichinomiya-Misaka and Kofu-Showa Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. It has easy access to various industrial parks in the prefecture, and restaurants are scattered within walking distance, making it convenient for business and long-term stays.
A total of 45 independent guest rooms are available in architectural container modules. The 13m2 rooms, which are said to offer quietness and privacy, are equipped with a bed, unit bath, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, and air purifier.
Room rates range from 6,200 yen per person per night for double rooms (40 rooms) and 8,700 yen per night for two persons, and from 6,200 yen per person per night for twin rooms (5 rooms) and 9,700 yen per night for two persons. Free parking for 45 standard and light vehicles is also available.
