The Ichikawa Shimin Noryo Fireworks Festival Executive Committee will enforce traffic regulations around the venue (Edogawa riverbed) for the “Ichikawa Shimin Noryo Fireworks Festival” on August 24.

Traffic regulations will be in effect from 17:00 to 22:00, with some sections of the JR Ichikawa Station North Exit restricted from 20:00. During the restricted period, all vehicles except emergency vehicles will be prohibited. This includes people who have parking lots in the area.

In conjunction with the traffic control, the route of buses departing from and arriving at the south exit of JR Ichikawa Station will be changed; buses between JR Motoyawata Station and Ichikawa Station and between JR Nishi-Funabashi Station and Ichikawa Station will turn around at Ozu Disaster Prevention Park from 16:00.

In addition, the Ichikawa/Gyotoku – Haneda Airport route of the Keisei Transit Bus will suspend its service at the south exit of Ichikawa Station; the first and last buses after 16:00 will depart from and terminate at Tomihama (Myoden Station).
