Within the free area, you can freely ride on and off ordinary unreserved seats of ordinary trains (including rapid trains) of JR lines, designated routes of each railroad and bus company lines, and Tokyo Bay Ferry.
Limited express trains on JR lines can be used with limited express tickets or “Conventional Line Ticketless Limited Express Ticket Service”, and Skyliner, Evening Liner and Morning Liner trains on Keisei Electric Railway and Hokuso Railway can be used with liner tickets or “Liner Ticketless Service”.
The ticket includes a round-trip ticket from any station in the Tokyo metropolitan area to any station in the free area on the JR line and a free pass.
Also, by presenting your Free Pass/Free Ride ticket at participating stores and facilities, you can receive “Thank You ♥ Privilege” services such as discounts at NewDays and restaurants, free rental bicycles, and more.
