Kyushu Shinkansen: Kumamoto-Kagoshima Chuo trains will be suspended all day from the first departure on August 29/Hakata-Kumamoto trains will be reduced in frequency. All limited express trains are suspended.

JR Kyushu has announced details of its operation plan for August 29 (as of 16:00, August 28) due to the impact of Typhoon No. 10.

Upward: Tsubame No. 300 [Departure: Kumamoto Station 06:30 – Hakata Station 07:19] Tsubame No. 302 [Departure: Kumamoto Station 07:07 – Hakata Station 08:01 – Kokura Station 08:19] Tsubame No. 306 [Departure: Kumamoto Station 07:45 – Hakata Station 08:33] Down: Tsubame No. 307 [Departure: Hakata Station 06:10 – Arrival: Kumamoto Station 07:00] Tsubame No. 311 [Departure: Hakata Station 07:24 – Arrival: Kumamoto Station 08:12] Tsubame No. 315 [Departure: Hakata Station 08:51 – Arrival: Kumamoto Station 09:40] * Direct service with the Sanyo Shinkansen by Mizuho and Sakura trains is not provided.

Express trains and D&S trains

Sonic-Nichirin Seagaia (Hakata to Oita/Saiki): All trains suspended on 29th.

Kirameki (Mojiko – Hakata): All trains suspended on 29th

Nichirin/Nichirin Seagaia (Oita – Minami-Miyazaki, Miyazaki Airport): All trains suspended on 29th.

KAO (Nogata – Hakata): All trains suspended on 29th

Relay Kamome (Mojiko/Hakata to Takeo Onsen): All trains suspended on 29th

Kasasagi (Hakata – Saga, Hizen Kashima): all trains suspended on 29th

Midori Huistenbosch (Hakata – Sasebo-Huistenbosch): All trains suspended on 29th

Asso (Kumamoto – Miyachi): all trains suspended on 29th

Trans-Kyushu Express (Kumamoto – Oita/Beppu): all trains suspended on 29th

Yufu (Hakata – Oita/Beppu): All trains suspended on 29th

Hyuga (Nobeoka – Miyazaki, Miyazaki Airport): all trains suspended on 29th

Kirishima (Miyazaki – Kagoshima Chuo): all trains suspended on 29th

Yufuin no Mori (Hakata – Yufuin): all trains suspended on 29th

Futatsuboshi 4047 (Takeo Onsen – Nagasaki): All trains suspended on 29th

KAKESEMI Yamasemi (Kumamoto – Miyachi): all trains suspended on 29th

Asoboi! (Kumamoto – Beppu): All trains suspended on 29th

Let’s go by A train (Kumamoto – Sankaku): All trains cancelled on 29th.

Ibusuki no Tamatebako (Kagoshima Chuo – Ibusuki): all trains suspended on 29th

Umisachi Yamasachi (Miyazaki – Nango): All trains suspended on 29th

All of the above may be suspended from the first departure on the 30th as well.

36 plus 3 (Hakata – Kagoshima Chuo – Miyazaki – Beppu): No service from Hakata to Kagoshima Chuo on 29th, no service from Kagoshima Chuo to Miyazaki on 30th, no service from Miyazaki Airport and Miyazaki to Beppu on 31st

Kanpachi Ichiroku (Hakata – Beppu): No operation on 29th and 30th
