On August 30, Ikaros Shuppan released “Monthly Airline October 2024,” an A4-size, 152-page book priced at 1980 yen.

The special feature is “In-depth Study of Nippon’s Domestic Flights.

Covers the latest trends in the domestic route network from Shin-Chitose to Naha, as seen by 19 airports. The report also includes testimonies of ANA’s Noto route, which was instrumental in responding to the disaster and reviving air traffic; JAL/J-AIR bases at Itami Airport, the gateway to Osaka; ANA’s Hokkaido route from Wakkanai Airport in northern Hokkaido; and Narita’s front line as the base for three LCC companies.

In addition, a special appendix includes a “Domestic Routes Map” detailing the entire domestic flight network and a reversible poster featuring photographs of Nippon’s dynamic aircraft on domestic routes.
