Yokohama’s “Giant Dinosaur Exhibition 2024” extended until September 14. The 37-meter-long skeletal specimen lands in Japan for the first time.

The Yomiuri Shimbun has decided to extend the “Giant Dinosaur Exhibition 2024″ currently being held at Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall A (1-1-1 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) until September 14 due to popular demand.

Admission is ¥2,700 for adults, ¥2,100 for high school and university students, ¥1,400 for elementary and junior high school students, and ¥900 for children aged 3 to preschool age. Advance reservations are required for all tickets! ARTPASS, and Art Exhibition Navi Ticket App (Android/iOS).

Titanosaur: Life as the Biggest Dinosaur” was the most visited exhibition at the British Museum of Natural History in London, and the Yokohama exhibition is its first international tour.

In addition to the 37-meter-long Patagotitan mayorum, said to be one of the largest land animals in the history of the earth, which will be exhibited in Japan for the first time, the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum and the Institute of Dinosaurology of Fukui Prefectural University will supervise a unique exhibition in Japan, and various specimens of dinosaurs, paleontology and extant mammals other than theropods will be collected from various places. The exhibition traces the history of evolution and prosperity of living creatures.

UNIQLO has also collaborated with the original goods creation service “UTme! You can create your own T-shirts and bags by combining the dinosaur stamps drawn by popular creators Satoru Kinoshita, CAN, and Keta on the theme of this exhibition.

In addition, an “original large-size postcard (not for sale)” will be presented to those who show the purchase history screen of a short-sleeved T-shirt with the Giant Dinosaur Exhibition collaboration stamp or who enter the Giant Dinosaur Exhibition wearing the collaboration short-sleeved T-shirt.
