Posted on 2024-09-022024-10-18 by Editor in Chief

Nishimachi rebranded Grand Park Hotel Panex Hachinohe and opened APA Hotel (8 Hatsurokuicho, Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture) as a franchise hotel on September 1. On the same day, Ace Management signed a franchise agreement with APA Hotel, and APA Hotel Akita Chiaki Koen (1-1 Chiaki Yarumachi, Akita City, Akita Prefecture) converted from a directly managed hotel to a franchise hotel.

APA Hotel Hachinohe Chuo is located about a 15-minute walk from JR Hachinohe Station and about a 15-minute drive from the Hachinohe Interchange, and is expected to meet both business and tourist demand due to its easy access to city hall and tourist attractions. This is the third APA Hotel that Nishimachi will open in the area.

All 86 rooms are non-smoking. Breakfast will be served at “trattoria il Cuore,” a buffet featuring fresh local ingredients and specialties. The price is 1,000 yen in advance/ 1,200 yen at the door. Breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9:30 (last entry at 9:00).

APA Hotel Akita Chiiki Koen is located approximately 5 minutes by car from JR Akita Station (West Exit) and 50 minutes by limousine bus from Akita Airport. The hotel is also only a 5-minute walk from downtown Kawatari and a 6-minute walk from the Akita Performing Arts Center Milhas.

There are 135 guest rooms in total. Breakfast will be served at Kiritanpo Dining, a 30-course Japanese/Western buffet including local Akita cuisine. The price is 1,400 yen in advance/ 1,700 yen at the door, and breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9:30 (last entry at 9:00). In conjunction with group reservation orders, the company will also consider offering dinner in the future.

Following the construction of APA Hotel Morioka Ekimae, which is currently underway in the Tohoku area, APA Hotel has announced plans for APA Hotel Morioka Ekimae North Exit in the area in front of Morioka Station.
