YUKAI RESORT will reopen YUKAI RESORT Premium Hotel SENJO in Wakayama Prefecture as TAOYA Shirahama SENJO (1680-1, Shirahama-cho, Nishimuro-gun, Wakayama Prefecture) on November 1.

TAOYA is an all-inclusive resort hotel branded as Oedo Onsen Monogatari Hotels & Resorts. For the renewal, public spaces such as the front desk, lobby, restaurant, and hot spring pool, as well as guest rooms, have been extensively renovated. In addition, a lounge, a hot spring lounge, and a library corner were newly established.

The inn’s signature location, one of Japan’s top 100 sunsets, and the infinity open-air bath with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, will be available for enjoyment as before.

The all-you-can-eat buffet dinner includes freshly grilled steaks in the live kitchen, a daily tuna (yellowfin tuna) dismemberment show, grilled seafood, sea bream nigiri, grilled eel kabayaki, and other seafood. The local menu includes “Kinokuni Mikan Dori Chicken Wing Gaito”, “Wakayama Ramen”, and “Mehari-Sanma Sushi”, for a total of more than 80 dishes including desserts.

The breakfast menu will offer more than 90 items, including the popular “French Toast” and “All-you-can-put salmon roe on top of a bowl of rice”, as well as “Rice with raw shavings on an egg (using carefully selected rice from Gihee VIII, an established rice shop in Kyoto)” and “Kishu pickled plums bar” where guests can compare a variety of pickled plums.

The number of Japanese-style and Western-style rooms has been increased, and many other rooms have been renovated to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms facing the ocean offer a view of the Pacific Ocean.

In addition, to commemorate the brand integration, “Iiifuro! Iifuro members receive a 15% discount on the “Standard Plan” and a coupon worth a total of 1,000 yen.
