Tokyu Stay Hiroshima (tentative name), the first hotel to open in the Chugoku area, is scheduled to open in May 2026. 2-minute walk from Hatchobori Station, 182 rooms in total

On September 2, Tokyu Resorts & Stay began construction of “Teppo-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City (tentative name) Teppo-cho Land Use Planning Construction” (8-1, 8-11 Teppo-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture). Tokyu Stay Hiroshima (tentative name), a mid- to long-term stay apartment hotel, is scheduled to open in May 2026 and will be the first hotel in the Chugoku area.

Located approximately 5 minutes from Hiroshima Station by car and 2 minutes on foot from Hacchobori Station on the Hiroshima Electric Railway Line. It is located close to the largest downtown area in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, and has easy access to sightseeing spots such as the Atomic Bomb Dome and Itsukushima Shrine, which are World Heritage sites.

The 13-story building has a total of 182 guest rooms (average floor space of 23m2), and all rooms are equipped with facilities suitable for medium- to long-term stays, such as a washer/dryer and microwave oven. The company expects a large number of domestic tourists as well as visitors to Japan.
