JAL will provide notifications based on individual reservations to international flight passengers via LINE. The service will begin on September 18.
While we have been providing LINE notifications regarding the status of international flights, we will now provide the following notifications from the day before to the day of boarding.
Flight status and check-in procedures
Notification of missing check-in
Guidance for passing through security check
Flight status, including cancellations and delays of reserved flights
In addition, since the notifications are based on reservation details, they are customized to individual users, and since they use LINE’s corporate function “LINE Notification Message,” there is no need to add a friend to the LINE service.
