Seibu Realty Solutions and Sumitomo Corporation will open the lifestyle commercial facility “Emi Terrace Tokorozawa” (10-1 Higashi Sumiyoshi, Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture) on September 24.
The seven-story structure is a four-minute walk from Tokorozawa Station, with a site area of 34,000m2 and approximately 1,700 parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces.
