Seibu Arboretum Management will offer the “empty-handed PARK DAYCAMP Plan” at three Saitama Prefectural City Parks, limited to two groups per day (two to six people per group) from October 19 to November 17, 2012. Reservations are being accepted at the dedicated reservation page of each park.

Implementation Park

Sayama Inariyama Park (1-23-1 Inariyama, Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture)

Sainomori Iruma Park (2-1-21 Koyodai, Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture)

Wako Jyurin Park (in 3 Hirosawa, Wako City, Saitama Prefecture)

This plan allows visitors to enjoy autumn day camping (maximum 5 hours from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm each day) at barbecue areas located in parks rich in nature, with no need to bring anything. The plan fee is 5,500 yen per adult (including food set, day camp equipment, and venue usage fee), and includes homemade hamburgers, chuck eye steaks, smoked legs, grilled marshmallows, and more. Beverages, including alcohol, can be brought in freely.

The venue is said to be fully set up with outdoor brand CHUMS’ tents, chairs, grills, and cooking utensils, so campers can start cooking right away and spend time relaxing in the autumn nature.
