Ibaraki Flower Park (200 Shimoaoyanagi, Ishioka, Ibaraki Prefecture) will hold the “Moonlight Rose Garden 2024” lighting event from October 5 to January 13, 2025.
The event will consist of two parts: “Flower Illuminate” starting on October 5 and “Winter Illuminate” starting on November 30. In the “Flower Illuminate” event, 800 varieties of autumn roses and 20,000 marigolds will be illuminated. In the “Winter Illuminate,” visitors can experience a fantastic world of sound and light in the Aroma Rose Area.
Visitors can experience Hikaru items and purchase goods at the activities held at the Information Desk and at the market located on the entrance side. Visitors who experience Hikaru items and purchase goods will also receive a card with a QR code to participate in the “Hikari-to-tsunagaru Deck” production.
During “Winter Illuminate,” a special dinner course limited to one couple per day will be offered. Guests will be able to enjoy a gourmet meal in a private cabin while enjoying the lights and bonfire. Dates are Thursday through Sunday, November 30 through January 30, December 24, and December 25. The fee is 17,800 yen per person (including park entrance fee), and reservations will begin in October. In addition, the park also offers a full range of meals. Visitors can enjoy dishes made with local ingredients.
