JR West and Chugoku SC Kaihatsu announced that the opening date of “minamoa” (2-37 Matsubara-cho, Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture), a new station building commercial facility at Hiroshima Station, has been set for March 24, 2025.

As of September 27, 185 stores, including the first in Kyushu and the first in Chugoku and Shikoku, have been lined up. The shopping center will consist of a basement floor and six floors above ground, with the WEST and EAST sides each containing fashion, daily sundries, cosmetics, restaurants, and souvenir stores. The shopping center offers a wide variety of local Hiroshima gourmet foods for station users in and out of the prefecture, such as “Onomichi Ramen Maruhoshi” and “Nishikido” for momiji manju (steamed buns), as well as a wide variety of cafes such as Starbucks and Tully’s. The dining floor, one of the largest in Chugoku and Shikoku, features 31 Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants, as well as “Kanpai Yokocho” restaurants to enjoy before or after shopping or watching sports games.

In fashion, UNIQLO, UNITED ARROWS, agnes b., Oshmans, and other popular casual, formal, and outdoor brands will be located here. In addition, popular general merchandise stores such as MUJI, Disney Store, Afternoon Tea Living, 3COINS, Francfranc, and Hands will also be located here.

The seventh floor houses the front lobby of the MOVIX Hiroshima Station cinema complex and the 380-room Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate (guest rooms on floors 9 to 20), with a rooftop plaza on the ninth floor.
