Yoro Railroad to Run Cinnamoroll Wrapped Train; One-Day Unlimited Ride Ticket to Go on Sale October 5

Yoro Railroad will launch the “Yoro Railroad x Cinnamoroll Connecting Everyone Train” campaign produced by Nippon Travel Agency.

This year’s event, the fourth in the series, will feature “Cinnamoroll,” who was voted the most popular Sanrio character for five consecutive years in the “Sanrio Character Awards” from October 5 to January 31, 2025, as well as a one-day free ticket and a digital stamp rally to promote the Yoro Railroad, which straddles Mie and Gifu Prefectures, and the various attractions along the line. The Yoro Railway will also sell one-day free tickets and conduct a digital stamp rally to promote its name recognition and the various attractions along the line, which straddles Mie and Gifu prefectures. In addition, original goods and a chartered train trip on the “Cinnamoroll Wrapping Train” will also be available for purchase.

To commemorate this event, a departure ceremony for the wrapped train will be held at Ogaki Station from 11:20 a.m. on the first day, the 5th, and Cinnamoroll will appear to signal the departure of the train. Everyone is welcome to attend and board the first train.

The campaign is also an initiative of the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ “Japan Expo 2.0” project to attract inbound visitors in preparation for the Osaka-Kansai Expo to be held in 2025.
