FUJISEY, an ANA Group company, will release “Gotochi Bear Iwashita Shinsei Ginger Iwashika-chan” on October 4 from its Gotochi Bear series, which is sold at tourist attractions throughout Japan. The price is 5800 yen (5830 yen at some stores).
This plush toy is a collaboration with Iwashita Foods, which has its headquarters and factory in Tochigi Prefecture. Iwashita’s signature product, Iwashita Fresh Ginger, is held in the hands of Iwashika, the official character, and the sole of her foot is embroidered with the logo and other embroidery. The soft pink coloring is also particular to Iwashika’s facial expression. The size is approximately 200 x 260 mm (width x height when seated).
Sold at service areas in Tochigi Prefecture (Nasu-Kogen SA up/down, Kamigouchi SA up/down, Sano SA up/down on the Tohoku Expressway), Iwashita Fresh Ginger Museum, and Iwashita Fresh Ginger Online Shop.
