Yamazen will release the “XGRILL Portable,” a cassette cylinder type product that can be used outdoors, from the “Reduced Smoke Yakiniku Grill XGRILL” series in mid-October. Priced at around 9,980 yen, it will be available at Yamazenbiz.com, Yamazen’s official mail order site, Kurashi no e-shop on Rakuten Ichiba, and at home centers nationwide.
The XGRILL series features an “X-cut structure” on the back of the plate that efficiently removes oil from the bottom and a curved shape to reduce smoke emissions during grilling. The series is now available in six items, with additional variations such as flat multi-space installation, size variations, and smoke-absorbing functions.
XGRILL Portable is the first cassette cylinder type in the series. It can be used not only in the living room, but also in the garden, balcony, camping, and other outdoor locations without worrying about the power source. In addition, compared to the company’s electric hot plates, the XGRILL Portable reduces the amount of smoke generated by about 55%.
In addition, the plates are designed to heat the entire plate efficiently, with a special burner that suppresses heat in the center where heat is concentrated and thinner plates in areas where heat is difficult to reach.
