The nine companies of the Gran Green Osaka developer JV have decided on March 21, 2025 as the grand opening date for the South Building of Gran Green Osaka (5-54 Ohuka-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) in the Umekita Phase 2 district.
Stores & Restaurants, a commercial facility consisting of 55 stores, Hotel Hankyu Grand Lespaia Osaka, and Congress Square Grand Green Osaka, a MICE facility, will be opened. The Waldorf Astoria Osaka, Hilton’s top luxury brand, is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025.
The Umekita Park back-end construction area (part of the North Park) is scheduled to open in the spring of 2027, and the entire town will be inaugurated in 2027.
