Hankyu Hanshin Hotels will open the Hotel Hankyu Grand Lespire Osaka (5-54 Ohuka-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) in the South Tower of the Grand Green Osaka South Building on March 21, 2025. Prior to the opening, the company will accept reservations for the hotel starting at 10:00 a.m. on October 21.

It is located about a 4-minute walk from JR Osaka Station (Umekita underground exit). It is the upper hotel of Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka, which opened in November 2019 at Yodobashi Umeda Tower, and is the second Respire-branded hotel to open in the area.

The design concept is “Natural State. Although the hotel is located near a station in Umeda, Osaka, it is said to provide a space where you can feel nature and peace of mind, so that you may forget that you are even in the city.

Nearby is Umekita Park, where you can enjoy the seasonal scenery, and the Umekita Onsen Ren Wellbeing Park, which will also open in the South Tower, is connected to the 4th floor by an elevator for hotel guests only. Guests staying on the upper-floor club floor may use the park once per night.

The hotel will have a total of 482 guest rooms in 10 types, divided into standard floors on floors 7 to 25 and club floors on floors 26 to 27, with a choice of double rooms (160 rooms, 22 to 32m2) and twin rooms (322 rooms, 22 to 48m2).

Rooms are equipped with a 50-inch or larger Smart TV, side table and sofa (except standard double rooms). Bath and toilet are separate, and there is also a separate washbasin (Universal rooms have only a shower).

All-day dining “MAISON VERTE” is supervised by Daisuke Kaneko, owner chef of popular French restaurant “L’AS” in Aoyama, Tokyo. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with approximately 120 Japanese and Western breakfast items, a lunch course with an appetizer plate and drink bar, the same course as “L’AS” for dinner, and an a la carte menu for casual dining.

The restaurant will also have a cafe lounge where afternoon tea can be enjoyed, and a bar serving original cocktails and food.

The guest lounge (6th floor) offers coffee and other soft drinks. A small room for changing clothes and a powder room are also provided on the same floor.

In addition, the Club Lounge (27th floor), available only to guests on Club floors, offers alcohol such as whiskey and liqueurs, as well as light meals. For coffee, UCC’s luxury brand “Largo” is used.

Other facilities include a library, fitness room, and coin-operated laundry (fee required).
