Glamping facility “GLAMPING HILLS AKAGI” (195-1 Minami Akagisan, Akagi-cho, Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture) underwent a renovation in October, opening three new guest rooms.
The company has also launched an all-inclusive service that allows guests to use free drink service and rental goods at no extra charge (included in the accommodation fee). Reservations are now being accepted at resortglamping.com.
The newly built rooms are large dome tents with a diameter of 8m, and there are two types: “Executive Dome” (two buildings) equipped with a large-screen theater and “with dog dome” (one building) equipped with a dog run and amenities for the exclusive use of dogs.
Both include a shower room, toilet, washroom, and eating area inside the dome, each with a site area of 133 m2, a room size of 51 m2, and a capacity of 4 persons.
Akagi, and from each of the 13 newly renovated guest rooms, guests can enjoy the night view of a grand scale, which has been selected as one of the top 100 views in Japan, as well as the stars in the sky.
The newly launched all-inclusive service allows guests to drink any alcoholic beverage of their choice and soft drinks free of charge from check-in until 7:50 p.m.
There will also be a number of free rental items such as balls and Frisbees to play with on the grassy area in the center of the site, Beyblades, which are popular with children, and puzzles and playing cards to play indoors.
